Back Office Executive - Navi Mumbai

Job description

Absolute is essentially a KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing). We run processes
pertaining to property damage claims in the General Insurance industry.

There are 4 stakeholders in the industry:
1. Insurers: Companies that issue the policy.
2. Insured: Policyholders.
3. Brokers: Bridge between Insurer & Insurer.
4. Surveyors: Company that quantifies the losses.
Absolute falls under the 4th category of Surveyors.

PROCESS OF ABSOLUTE

The typical process that Absolute run is as follows:

  1. Login:
    Register a claim in own software upon receipt to survey.
    2. Survey:
    Actually, visit the loss site & quantify the extent of the loss.
    3. ILA – Immediate Loss Advice:
    Submit a snapshot of the claim to the Insurer.
    4. LOR – Letter of Requirement:
    Submit information/documents to insured that may be required to process the
    claim.
    5. Follow up:
    Timely follow up with the insured for the submission of documents.
    6. Assessment
    Attach values to the quantities based on surveys and documents.
    7. Consent
    Share the assessment with the insured and obtain consent to the amount
    assessed.
    8. FSR – Final Survey Report:
    Prepare detailed report and share the same with the insurer along with our invoice
    for services rendered.


SKILLS REQUIRED (EMPLOYEE)

IN ORDER TO FOLLOW THE PROCESS, WE NEED:

  1. Graduate: B Com. / BBI
    2. Experience: 2-4 yrs.
    [ Preferred in back-office operations of a survey company.]
    3. Command in written English language.
